Transformation – A Dandelion life cycle

Many people think of the dandelion as a pesky weed, but what many people don’t know is that it’s also a  herb that can be used for food or as a medicine. And no matter how pesky they can be… There’s still something magical about them, could that be the reason why so many kids love to pick them and blow off their seeds Dandelions even have something human about them, they open with the sun in the morning and close in the evening or during gloomy weather. I tried to capture the transformation of the Dandelion during its life cycle. A beautiful process…

Hi Cindy. Incredible photography. I have searched all over for a set of photographs that portray the life cycle of a
Dandelion and have been unable to find any. I am a preschool teacher and often I like to teach students about life cylces by encouraging them to put photographs in proper sequence. I am wondering if you would grant me permission to use your photographs of the dandelion life cycle. Thank you for your consideration, Stacie Gudgel.
